Using your comfort zone like this is smarter than escaping it.. Your comfort zone isn’t a limiter ..it’s a safety system. When you try to leap too far outside it, your nervous system fires alarms, increases anxiety, and shuts down motivation. Not because you’re weak, but because the change feels unsafe. Small actions inside your comfort zone do the opposite: they signal safety, which allows your brain to actually learn, adapt, repeat and eventually grow that behaviour. #mindsetgrowth #selfimprov
